![]() ![]() ![]() The big thing to making it work was making sure my Cios's were up to date. "I recently softmodded my Wii and use Configurable USB loader myself, works like a charm. Obviously I either did something wrong or missed a step somewhere. I attempted to run a couple of games, but I just get a screen with a picture of the game and an empty black box, followed by a crash that takes me back to the homebrew channel. I booted up my Wii, and USB Loader CFG loaded from the homebrew channel. I moved the config.txt file generated by the configurator to /USBLoader I also changed the setting from USB device to SD. I used the configurator to download box art. I used Wii backup manager to transfer my backups (in. I downloaded configurable USB loader version 70 zip (can't recall from where since the official release download gave me a 404), placed it in /apps/USBLoader and replaced the boot.dol with mod 65 downloaded from ![]() I downloaded the cios installer homebrew app and did everything in this tutorial to the letter:, so now I have cIOS 249 base 56 v10 beta53-altĪnd cIOS 250 base 57 v10 beta52 installed. Let me list what I've done since my original post (quick reminder - my backups are on SD): I think I just about have it working but got stuck right at the end.
